Every piece of Patrick Boghossian jewellery is crafted with care and attention, as well as rare gemstones and materials. Please allow 4-6 weeks to craft and deliver your piece of Patrick Boghossian jewellery. You may also collect your piece in person from our London and Beirut locations.
We ship internationally throughout the UK, Europe, USA and Dubai – contact us for other locations. Your order is delivered with priority service and insured for free with our shipping partner, FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is ready and on the way. A signature will be required on delivery.
We conduct thorough quality checks to ensure your piece is perfect before shipping. In case of a rare defect, contact our care team at info@patrickboghossian.com.
Returns
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Our 14-day returns policy covers Patrick Boghossian collection pieces. Send the item back within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or voucher of equal value, to use within one year. The piece must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Please allow five working days upon receipt of your return for processing. A £100 fee will apply if the original packaging is not returned, and a return may be refused if signs of wear have been found upon receipt of the piece. Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
